GovCMS customers experiencing technical issues should raise a Service Desk ticket. You need to be a nominated technical contact for your agency in order to have access to the Service Desk.


As a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription customer, your agency can submit an unlimited number of support requests or tickets. As a Platform as a Service (PaaS) subscription customer, the number of tickets your agency can raise is set by the subscription level purchased. Examples of ticket topics may include any questions relating to Drupal modules, custom code/configuration, and third party services. More information on SaaS and PaaS can be found on the GovCMS website.


Use the Login button and your credentials to submit a new ticket, or check the status of an existing one.
